Resources for Parents of Adolescent Boys / Teens

Parenting a teenager can feel challenging, but there are concrete ways parents can help their teen navigate this stage of life. Listening without judgment and validating their feelings creates trust and helps teens feel understood. Setting clear, consistent expectations while allowing for independence helps them learn responsibility and decision-making skills. Encouraging healthy routines, like regular sleep, exercise, balanced nutrition, and limits on screens, supports both mental and physical well-being.

I support clients struggling with Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Stress Management, Anger Management, Low Self-Esteem, Academic Stress, Family Dynamics, Peer Relationships, Impulsivity, and Behavioral Issues
