I provide a confidential and non-judgmental space for you, outside of your friends and family. We can work together to make our counseling sessions both productive and fun.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Sessions in the beginning will focus on learning about your life and how I can help. Then we will identify some counseling goals to work toward reaching. Sessions are 50 minutes and I save time at the end of most sessions for a game or discussion about your hobbies and interests.
WHO’S THE DOG IN YOUR PICTURE?
That’s Jeffrey! He’s a cattle dog mix rescued from the streets of Houston. Jeffrey has overcome a number of obstacles in his life, including a life saving heart surgery and being born deaf. He continues to teach me lessons about trust, patience and perseverance. You just might see Jeffrey in my office someday in the future!
