HOW I CAN HELP

I provide a confidential and non-judgmental space for you, outside of your friends and family. We can work together to make our counseling sessions both productive and fun.

WHAT TO EXPECT

In the beginning, I will focus on learning more about your life and how to make our sessions productive and helpful. We will eventually identify counseling goals to work toward in future sessions, and continue meeting as needed to maintain positive changes and growth. Sessions are 50 minutes and I save some time at the end of most sessions for a game.
