Therapy for Adolescent Boys / Teens Struggling with Anxiety

Teenagers can experience anxiety in many ways, from constant worry about school, friendships, or family issues, to physical symptoms like headaches, stomachaches, or trouble sleeping. Anxiety can also show up as avoidance, irritability, perfectionism, or difficulty concentrating.

Counseling can help adolescents identify triggers, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and develop coping strategies like relaxation techniques, problem-solving skills, and healthy routines. Clients can learn to become more in control of their emotions, reduce stress, and build confidence in handling challenging situations.
